The Island Men present the 10th annual Carolina Beach Dragon Boat Regatta. This year’s event will be conducted on 37′ Chinese Dragon Boats. Each boat supports 10 paddlers and 1 drummer. Teams can also have up to 4 alternates. The racecourse will be 300 meters in the Carolina Beach Yacht Basin. The Friday night outdoor concert will be held inside the Seawitch Cafe and Tiki Bar.
Team Captains will be responsible for:
- Registering your team by paying the registration fee
- Collecting and providing contact information for each team member (name, address, email)
- Signing up for team practice times the week of the event
- Securing signed waivers for all team members (direct participants to sign the wavier here: https://www.jotform.com/222084041865150)
- Managing the team during race day
